Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in the facilities management sector, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in complex environments.
• Graduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, including external vendors and sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Operational Excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
