The IT Services Team are responsible for the support, maintenance and installation of all IT Systems and Services including software, hardware, networks and telephony systems. The team consists of four teams; Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, IT Systems and Print Shop. All sub-teams work closely together and ensure that ITIL processes are embedded to embrace best practices with the use of Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.

The team also coordinates major IT projects from inception to completion, provides basic user training where required and manages bulk communications regarding systems and services.

IT Services have embraced a flexible approach and pride themselves on providing a friendly excellent level of service. As an IT technician on our Summer Internship programme, you will have exposure to a wide variety of tasks relating to IT Services managed hardware and software.
