Document Retention:

• Supports the team and department to maintenance of the records retention program as necessitated by business needs and regulations to support compliance with standards, guidelines, and Singapore regulatory agencies (Singapore Customs and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore [MES Scheme]) requirements.
• Monitors and analyses key performance indicators for the records retention program ensure alignment with records retention policy.

• To eliminate warehouse overflow issue at our DF, divert delivery to External warehouse and rearrange delivery to our DF.

Support Shipping and Export Operations Compliance:

• Support Outbound to work with Shipping for cargo readiness and coordinate with our Forwarders to secure flights to meet OTD.
• Review day to day shipping documents and ensure that all trade docs, CI (Commercial Invoices), PL (Packing Lists) and AWB (Airway Bills) in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices. (Missing COO, Zero Dollar line item, Taiwan COO issue ship into China, Line item missing in commercial invoice Currency, etc.)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics operations and Trade Compliance industry is preferred
• Experience in International Shipping requirements.
• Ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail and work as per the priorities.

• Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 3 (incident, request, change)
• Continuous improvement of service provided by Production Engineer L2 / L3
• Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared by Production Engineers
• Act as global coordinator during DRP / WIP / main events.
• Review of major releases roadmaps with the team
• Controls quality of the RUN activities for all applications of his Business Line.

Skills/Requirement:

• Must have minimum 4 years of Infrastructure or Application support hands on experience.
• Knowledge of IT Ecosystem & Operations Background with experience in IT for Capital Market and Corporate Banking to the extent of knowing Front office to back-office application flow
• Understanding of transversal technologies (SAN, Unix, Windows, Network, DBA, scheduler, MQ, Ctrlm)
• Comfortable to work on rotational Shifts, i.e. 2pm to 11pm/4pm to 1am or 3pm to 12am/ 5pm or in accordance to the planned time schedule as required.
• Must be required to be available for on-call support during non-business hours and/or on weekends. Allowance is claimable for such hours.
