RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operates as the point of contact for assigned to address customers’ needs on commercial matters
2. Assist in Company-wide negotiations with existing customers, including
preparation of proposals, contracts and discussion of the contract terms and conditions
3. Liaise with other divisions and departments on customers’ requirements
4. Tracks customer account metrics
5. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with existing customers accounts
6. Conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction on a quarterly annual basis
7. Prepare reports for management reporting purposes
8. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers
9. Identify business process gaps and coordinate business/system process improvement initiatives through teamwork with relevant stakeholders to meet required objectives
10. Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the current AS-IS state, processes and relationships for Commercial
11. Provide guidance to consultants to map the To-Be state and propose solutions that meet objectives, drive continuous improvement for Commercial
REQUIREMENTS
1. Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR
2. Good Honours Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business
3. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
4. Able to be creative in developing solutions
5. Relevant knowledge and experience in aviation/sales/commercial is an advantage.
6. Conversant in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
7. SAP background and experience would be an added advantage
8. Stakeholder and project management
