We are looking for a Senior Service Lead to join our friendly and welcoming team in Glasgow. You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to our service users.

The Role

The role will be an even split between operational, administrative and staff management duties and undertaking the responsibilities of a Support Worker.

The Senior Service Lead will report directly to the Registered Locality Manager and will work closely with other senior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. You will be supporting individuals with a variety of needs: helping with finances, personal care, domestic tasks and medication.

It is important that you uphold and implement our values, policies and procedures and are a positive role model for the staff team. You will regularly conduct supervisions and appraisals to monitor performance, provide feedback and support professional growth. You will ensure the team are up to date on all required training and registrations, assisting where needed to ensure we have a highly effective and well informed workforce.

About you

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be passionate about caring for older people, have previous care experience and, as a minimum, hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3.
