Operations Manager
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing bespoke products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book with growth into various export markets and a very close knit team they are looking for a Operations Manager to join their close team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-day production activities across a production site, managing the process from start to finish
Monitor quality, safety and overall standards of the production department to the end product
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process improvement, utilising LEAN manufacturing tools
Generating production & KPI reports to senior management
Liaising with the design & production team to launch new products to the industry
Driving positive change, manufacturing excellence and drive innovation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Engineering related discipline
Proven experience in management role in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong health and safety knowledge and high quality control standards
Strong understanding of MRP or ERP software systems in manufacturing environments
