Main responsibilities:
· Lead the account managers, guide and support them, train and help them grow
· Respond to IFE tenders across the APAC region, by proposing the proper strategy for the clients, understanding the pricing (internal/external) and clients’ requirements
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders who will help facilitate the roadmap and the content strategy – review the airlines’ annual budgets and plan accordingly the content
· Present and engage with all relevant stakeholders on the airlines’ side when needed
· Review and understand license agreements, which includes interpreting contractual terms and understanding the application of our content strategies with the airlines we are servicing
· Review the airline guidelines and processes with the account manager to ensure proper services, and stay within allocated budget – in view to have contract renewals
· Analyse and report on passengers’ information, demographics, routes you can get from the airlines
· Work closely with internal teams and engage with third parties’ partners when needed, to allow the account managers to meet multiple operation timelines
· Know the trends from both entertainment and traveling industries to drive actionable insights
· Each month/cycle, review the content suggested by account managers and see how it fits in our agency’s global content strategy – try to get higher returns for Spafax
· Liaise with the Hive team and take part in the monthly calls regarding the World Content – The Hive team is the one getting all the content licences for Spafax
· Maintain weekly calls with each account manager – report weekly to in line manager
· Understand the range of services Spafax offers beyond the contracted services, and identify potential opportunities

· Passion for TV, movies and film industry as a whole
· Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and total value offerings to customers
· Well organized, detailed and able to work to deadline and stick to schedules - able to work flexible work hours due to teams based in other regions
· Has a keen sense of budget management
· Ideally good knowledge of the aviation industry and its operational processes for the IFE
· Able to influence decision making internally and with the clients
· Knowledge about the other business areas of an aviation group is a plus
· Ideas about the use of innovative digital solutions when Spafax creates some, like client platforms, reporting dashboards, media sales, …
· Talent for presenting complex issues as well as for networked thinking and acting combined with a high degree of independence
· Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
