We are seeking a visionary Business Development Director to lead our transformation from an SME to a major industry player in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically drive business development efforts to achieve our ambitious goal of capturing 20% of the Singapore market.
• Lead the management of two high-profile showrooms, positioning them as the core of full-home customization and cutting-edge customer experiences.
• Collaborate with partner companies in China to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations between Singapore and overseas markets.
• Oversee multiple teams, ensuring efficient workflow, collaboration across functions, and adherence to strict timelines.
• Innovate new sales models to disrupt the Singapore market, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing market penetration.
• Take full ownership of our market expansion strategy, driving growth and meeting revenue targets while regularly reporting to investors.
• Build a strong, collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with external contractors and ensuring successful project execution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, ideally in the interior design, home customization, or construction sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven success in leading large-scale market expansions and achieving revenue growth.
• Results-driven, with the mindset of treating the business as a personal mission.
• Resilient under pressure, willing to be on-call to meet project demands.
