Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Marketing Manager will focus on creating and executing strategies to enhance B2C user acquisition and retention while supporting B2B lead generation initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for data-driven campaigns, events, and relationship-building to foster growth and engagement across both user and client communities.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition & Retention (B2C Marketing)
- Design and implement campaigns to drive user acquisition, building an active, engaged community of influencers and users.
- Execute retention-focused programs to encourage engagement and improve user loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisition and retention campaigns with product updates, user incentives, and community-building activities.
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior, making adjustments based on insights to optimize acquisition and retention efforts.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing (B2B Marketing)
- Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies, including organizing online and offline events (e.g., webinars, expos) to attract and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic partnerships, targeted campaigns, and event-driven initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to nurture leads and build strong B2B relationships.
- Track and report on event and campaign performance, identifying insights and optimizing future lead generation activities.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align strategic goals with company objectives, contributing to planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in B2C user acquisition, retention, and B2B lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital and event-based marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a talent for generating innovative ideas to drive growth and engagement.
