What will you do?
Leadership Partnership & People Strategy:
• Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify business drivers and people challenges, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and future organisational needs.
People Services Expertise:
• Offer comprehensive support on People Services commitments, including reward and recognition systems and employee well-being programs.
• Ensure timely completion of cyclical People Services activities, providing support and oversight to leadership and management.
Organisational Development & Change:
• Lead organisational redesign projects, support cultural change, and coach managers on complex people-related challenges.
Centre of Expertise Leadership:
• Act as the Trust's lead on a designated expertise area, developing policies and practices related to EDI, mental health, or employee value proposition.
Team Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Oversee the Assistant People Business Partner, fostering their development and supporting the broader People Services team.
• Work closely with the People Services Leadership team to deliver the Trust’s strategy, keeping up to date with best practices and regulatory changes.
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience working in an HR generalist role
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop people solutions to complex people challenges
• Experience in supporting managers in all areas of people matters
• Experience in developing/updating policies
• Sound working knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation
