Responsibilities
· Handle the cash management system’s and payment system’s various test phases: regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, E2E tests, performance tests and test automation.
· Responsible for managing the software quality assurance functions across the internal project engineering team.
· Collaborate with team of software quality assurance and automation engineers through an Agile software development lifecycle across various software teams, platforms, and products.
· Review test strategies, encourage the development of new test strategies, and maintain a continuous improvement environment to improve quality and efficiency.
· Review test plans, test results, risk analysis and release documentation.
· Identify & resolve constraints, dependencies and issues and manage project risks, supporting different teams, chairing & documenting meetings.
· Preparing various documents like UAT, End to End Test scenarios and Test Cases.
Skills/Requirement
· Must have experience Leading a team (of 10-15 team members comprising tech and domain experts) – Supervise and oversee them
· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
· Must have experience in Handling the cash management system’s and payment system’s various test phases
