The role requires coordination with trading and sales teams as well as other support functions to ensure efficient transfer of precious metals to our clients. This role will ensure that all daily processes are fully completed and signed off and will also involve daily processing of metal releases and trade checking.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with warehouses and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries to client and receipt from supplier.
• Arranging and preparing payment of invoices.
• To prepare document and arrange stock release into warehouses and other storage facilities.
• To arrange shipment with warehouses for stock to be shipped from one location to another.
• Maintain effective business relationships with Sales, Logistics, Banks and colleagues
• File Management - Maintain accurate files in soft copy for auditing purposes
• Gather documents for Internal and External Auditor
• Perform daily reconciliation for previous day trades
• Adhoc duties as required
• May work on PH-rotation
