Job Description

- Position Title: Regional Manufacturing Manager (APAC)
- Working Location: Bedok (Return Transfer Provided To & From Bedok MRT)
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:15 am – 5:15 pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $10,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with multiple manufacturing sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent, high-level performance and the implementation of best practices.
- Oversee site performance, providing accurate forecasting, and streamlining production processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that contribute to operational efficiency.
- Provide support to local plant managers for the daily operations of manufacturing plants, drive positive results concerning production targets, optimal yields, and minimal cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Guide plants in meeting the quality and CSR requirements of various certification bodies. Oversee audit processes to secure certifications and address audit findings effectively.
- Aggregate and analyze management data regularly to inform and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Maintain high levels of travel readiness to meet the demands of the role, which includes frequent travel up to 60% of the time.

- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience as an operational leader within a high-pace, high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, manufacturing costing, and workforce management.
- Practical experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement techniques preferred; ISO certification is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and management across culturally diverse groups.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of implementing process optimizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, fostering collaboration across various departments within the company.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, often at short notice.
