Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries promptly
· Prepare sales contracts, tracking of shipment and order processing
· Monitor and ensure timely payments from customers
· Build and maintain good relationships with key customers
· Report to the General Manager, Business Development
Requirements:
· Minimum of O Level or equivalent experience
· Experience in frozen meat trading supplying to meat traders, manufacturers, retailers
· Strong customer service skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
