Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll and accurate submission to all statutory bodies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off-boarding.
• Update employee personnel information and maintain the HR System.
• Handle the administration of the Company’s factories machinery status, govern authorities inspections, Safety and health documentation and supervision of relevant safety activities within factories.
• Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization.
• Update and manage inventory records of computer equipment, stationery & office refreshments.
• Ensure that all documents and confidential information are stored properly, updated, and well-maintained.
• Provide support and assistance to the HR and health and safety team to facilitate a smooth operation of the HR and health and safety team.
• Assist and participate in the audit process and meeting.
• Provide information and assistance in response to general inquiries related to HR.
• Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Responsible for handling the full spectrum of foreign worker matters.
• Providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.
• Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of HR solution systems and databases.
• Sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transportation.
