Job Description
We are looking for a driven reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
- Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Managing restaurant's staff work schedule
- Screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staffs
- Fulfil all reporting and meeting requirements
- Respond to customers' complaint tactfully and professionally
Job Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma or graduate of F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous
- Proven working experience in management and hospitality industry
- Prepare to work on weekends & public holidays
- Ability to work and stand for long hours
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellent organizational skill
