Position Overview:

Aprisium Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our daily activities, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a productive office atmosphere. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and can work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintain office supplies by keeping inventory and placing orders as necessary.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and calls.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members.

Your new role
As a Senior Purchase Ledger, your primary responsibilities will include controlling and setting up new approved suppliers, processing multi-currency invoices, and ensuring adherence to purchase credit and returns policies. You will monitor unfulfilled orders, liaise with internal purchasing representatives, and work closely with the 'Goods In' department to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly reviews of supplier account information, chasing invoices, and reconciling supplier statements. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week on a flexible basis.
