The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of global marketing activities for all brands that fall under Minor Hotels, as well as assisting in driving brand marketing strategies for the hotels within the group.

She is also responsible for assisting with day-to-day business and commercial requirements for special projects, including planning, development, and implementation of anything related to business and projects beyond the brand and hotel operations.

Corporate/Brand Marketing. Brand and Marketing Tools. Assist in the development and updating of all marketing communications and brand identity guidelines when applicable. SALARY RANGE : THB 20,000 - THB 32,000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Provide support to customers in term of bookings with quotations, status enquiries, billing, claim and etc.
• Facilitate for spot rate approval.
• Coordinate with functions concerned to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
• Support enquiries from customers.
• Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
• Monitor cargo movement and provide updates to customers within timely manner
• Verify Sales Report before billing to customers
• Other responsibilities assigned by Superiors.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

You work closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, Corporate Office, and your team to set up, establish, and drive the hotels' financial performance and create results by maximizing efforts with innovative marketing and communication ideas. You will develop rapport with key media and international media agencies. You will be responsible to build and develop the hotels' sales and marketing leadership in your geographic assignment. Through your effective management, passion, and enthusiasm you will be able to successfully inspire and coach your team and ensure marketing brand standards are fully respected. You would also oversee the implementation of Marketing & Communications strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions as well as monitor competitors' marketing and PR activities. With the growing importance of social media, the responsibility for monitoring and implementation lies with this role. You will establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners as well as maintain a consistent brand image throughout all sales, PR, marketing, and MarCom activities. Lastly, you would oversee the implementation of the brand strategy and brand standards at a hotel level and implement corrective measures if necessary.
