• Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution.
• To track the schedule and inform client accordingly for all delays.
• identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project

adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.

• Position is involved in the complete lifecycle of the project
• Thorough knowledge on Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing & fire fighting
• Supporting technical design briefs, analyze designs, and coordinate with multiple vendors
• Experience in sustainability /LEED & other concepts
• Review MEP specifications, interpret contracts, and participate in technical & commercial negotiations with vendors
• Lead a team & be able to supervise & coordinate onsite MEP construction activities
• Review/analyze and re-design all MEP drawings & material schedules with involvement in supervision of the site activities and to control cost and ensure timely completion of the project
• Co-ordinate all electro-mechanical activities with client, consultant, suppliers, site engineers & various subcontractors at site. Checking and preparing VO, negotiation with Sub-con and Client
• Provide interpretations of plans, project scope, detail sheets, and specifications for our MEP contractors/ sub contractors and engineers to ensure a comprehensive and mutual understanding of the project plan

• Total relevant experience: 10+ years
• Strong experience of SBU/BU/HU Strategy formulation, execution & governance experience
• Market/ Industry Research Experience identifying Industry trends and growth opportunities leveraging Analyst & other Industry resources
• Conduct competition capability & offerings analysis to bring in Outside-in view
• Support research and capability analysis for M&A opportunities
• Conduct Financial/ Margin analysis
• Track & govern progress on strategic initiatives undertaken at a SBU level
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Candidates with IT/ ITES/ BPM experience preferred. Exposure to Travel & Leisure, Shipping & Logistics, Utilities and Customer Experience Industries/ Horizontals will be an added advantage
• Exposure to Power BI preferred
• Post Graduates preferably from tier 1 institutes
