This role is part of a high priority talent pipeline for Singtel. In this role, you will track and implement strategic transformation efforts for Singtel Singapore, focused on process/productivity improvement and change management. You will need to leverage data to diagnose, conceptualize and plan for implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation to achieve transformation objectives, acting as a thought partner to business units and the leadership team, and driving adoption of emerging trends, technologies and best practices to optimise organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

You will collaborate and build strong relationship with stakeholders across functions and facilitate discussions and decision making at different levels of the organisation.

You will work cross functionally with senior stakeholders to deliver high impact projects and program manage the transformation for the business.
Advance Business Performance
- Govern strategic priorities and track delivery against milestones and KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities within the business
- Provide objective, business critical analysis and insights to advocate, challenge, and enable business decisions
Drive Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute organisation-wide strategic projects alongside business units
- Pilot and scale key productivity improvement initiatives for Singtel Singapore
- Lead critical strategic projects end-to-end (covering topics such as growth, portfolio simplification, potential M&A), including analysis, stakeholder interviews, putting together financial data and recommendations. Presentation to senior leadership.
Support Change Management
- Support change management process, including organization of engagement events such as townhalls & workshops, compiling case studies for presentation / communications.
- Owning & coordinating pulse survey roll out, interpretation of results & necessary intervention together with key stakeholders (as needed)
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience developing and understanding business strategy.
- Strong project management – tracking against milestones, tracking financial impact using a variety of software such as excel.
- Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management leveraging dashboards & Microsoft office suite.
- Experience developing and understanding business strategy.
- Experience working in complex organizations, working cross-functionally, and developing strong organizational relationships.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
