• In charge of overall management of marketing channels: In-app, CRM, social media, activations, restaurant marketing, and rider marketing.
• Function as the channel owner in charge of calendar management, analysis, and stakeholder management in ensuring channels are utilized effectively across various campaigns..
• Assist in planning & developing a monthly/quarterly strategy and campaign framework for your channels with the vertical managers and third-party agencies.

Requirements

• Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling and similar areas, preferably telesales experience is needed for this position
• Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales target
• Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers/client, excellent telephone etiquette is an advantage
• Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers/client
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage
• Interest for or good understanding of e-commerce & food market
• Team player and optimistic and can work independently
