Our operation in Daventry is looking for a Key WMS Superuser to be responsible for understanding changes requested by the business or direct from customers.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Reporting into the Stock and Systems Manager, you will work with stakeholders, the CEVA IT teams and also other contacts across the organisation in order to configure systems and perform hands on system configuration. You will also work towards defining and documenting the functional specification, creating process flows task lists and test cases.



You will assist the project delivery team by providing clear delivery tasks and milestones for all IT solutions and ensuring the team understands, clearly communicates progress and raises any issues regarding delivery commitments. You will assist IT teams in resolving operational and customer incidents within agreed SLA’s and support UAT testing and implementation. You will support the operations on the floor in the rollout of improvements.



This is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week however some flexibility is required in order to accommodate extra workload.

YOUR ROLE



We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and proactive Operations Improvement Specialist to join our team covering our sites in Kettering & Corby. You will be responsible for working with the management team of each distribution centre to identify opportunities for productivity and operational flow improvements that will enhance quality and performance of those contracts.

Reporting into the Business Unit Director you will work across 4 sites with multiple clients based in Kettering and Corby. This role will be crucial in assisting site leadership with margin improvements on customer contracts and implementing process improvements which aid and support the long term the renewal of customer contracts.

This is a Monday - Friday position, 40 hours per week.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Carry out continuous improvement on sites.
Work with the Ceva’s innovation team to ensure we are reviewing the latest technologies available by individual contract as requested.
Actively support the site with Kaizen events and Kaizen feedback
Support sites in their growth and development through deployment of Ceva’s SCA program.
Continuously identify and promote improvements across the sites, providing support in re-engineering and improving upon existing operational solutions.
Drive and enforce standards across the sites and actively promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Promote the lean and continuous improvement culture throughout the business.
Identify the baseline productivities and work content of a customer contracts to ensure that any changes to operational flow, productivities and the introduction of innovation investment can be accurately measured.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



Our ideal candidate will have proven continuous improvement experience and used to working in LEAN and Six Sigma environments, within a 3PL setting. With demonstrable experience of building and developing client relationships, you will also have a background in delivering operational excellence programs and driving change across operational teams.



It goes without saying that you will possess exceptional communication, engagement and influencing abilities, be an efficient and effective problem solver and have excellent presentation and report writing and analysis skills.

It would also be desirable but not essential if you have proven project management experience.

• Perform in-depth and complex analysis as it relates to software, processes or design for project planning requirements analysis, software testing, or end-user training activities for business applications to provide functional and/or business process leadership to the IT organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Provide first level IT Support to internal and external stakeholders:

• Serve as the primary, on-site IT point of contact with groups, such as internal/external customer, sales, business process excellence, and other teams as appropriate.
• Maintain training materials, work instructions and conduct training with appropriate team(s), as required.
• Setup and maintenance of master data in CLL operational systems, such as user data, locations (origin / destination), routes / paths and other logistics master data

YOUR ROLE

The Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM) will take ownership of CEVA Regional Business relationships with clients the Industrial sector. He/She will be responsible for all business & financial commitments within his/her perimeter. The RKAM will identify, develop, sell, and provide operational oversight to increase CEVA business with assigned account across all business lines (Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics etc…). He/She will lead negotiations on major contracts, ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Account Management

• Be the senior point of contact for the assigned accounts for any normal and customary business requests. Identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with BD Sector leaders to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.
• Maximize consistency of the CEVA experience throughout all contacts with the specific clients around the World including Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer working in close coordination with GKAMs and Global Ops & Product Managers
• Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s), including relationships building, key people coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, overall account strategy and a budget/target for business growth and development
• Identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with BD Sector Leader and GKAMs to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.
• Provide regular reports, briefings and reviews as required within CEVA

Retention

• Develop plans to ensure the retention of current regional business levels with specified accounts, preferably to a “no bid” level of confidence.
• Build and strengthen relationships at “C” level with the client. Ensure relationships are developed at all relevant levels and geographies in the client organization by involving the CEVA global team. Responsible to fix and/or escalate issues to CEVA top management when appropriate and/or required.

Growth

• Own and drive account growth: make comprehensive development plan(s) for each aspect of the assigned account and update on regular basis. Get buy-in and approval for the execution of the account plans by working through and with BD Sector leaders and Executive Sponsors
• Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business. Develop qualified opportunities from ‘contact to contract’, together with the relevant Cluster Business Units (P&L owners). This is multinational effort demanding the ability to match customer needs to CEVA intellectual capital to practical application and development
• Lead complex negotiations with the customer ensuring the involvement and participation of CEVA in compliance to applicable geographical legal procedure

Manage Profitability

• Manage P&L’s and accounts receivable from a regional to cluster level across business lines to ensure customer obligations are met by both CEVA and the customer to the discipline of the commercial arrangements in place
• Create input for annual budget cycle from the approved account plans and take responsibility for the delivery of the related targets for CEVA and customer benefit
• Manage the investment proposal, ICAP preparation and ROI considerations for new ventures and then work through cluster MDs or designates to hold all CEVA accountable to approved levels of commitment

Account Receivable

• To oversee and monitor regional payment collection, cooperating with country KAMs or finance to ensure the collection of payments from clients on behalf of the company with timely manner per contract payment term.
• To handle overdue payments according to the company's policies.
• Technology and Supply Chain Expertise
• Demonstrate and provide confidence regarding CEVA’s business technology expertise, including input to their supply chain and business strategy and impeccable execution
