As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of support for employees and visitors to the site, providing a professional and friendly service. • Checking the identification of the contractors

What you'll need to succeed

Our client is looking for a UK qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2+ years PQE, ideally with experience in-house, or gained at a high quality national or regional law firm with exposure to advising clients in the technology sector. You will have a strong foundation in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with knowledge of supply agreements, early works agreements, proof of concept projects, NDA's, teaming/co-operation agreements etc. Experience of data protection, application service and software licensing agreements would be beneficial, as would knowledge of intellectual property law.
