• This position serves as a Wild Horse and Burro Specialist for the Utah State Office.
• Leads the Wild Horse and Burro (WHB) program for the State of Utah.

This position serves as a Civil Engineer in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Medford District Office. The incumbent works under the District Engineer and performs design, and project package development for construction and maintenance of buildings, structures, recreation facilities, bridges, dams and other facilities, easement reviews and water rights. Incumbent provides direction, technical guidance and assistance in design and construction of transportation routes and access roads on BLM administered lands within the district. The incumbent performs project inspects and/or contracting officers' representative (COR) duties related to project management.
