ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• You are part of the Apprenticeship Program which is a 12-month initiative dedicated to the comprehensive learning and development of individuals in the field of Customer Service. 
• In addition to on-the-job training in Customer Service, you will receive training and guidance in various functional areas, including communication, negotiation, project management, and participation in projects related to customer excellence and management. 
• Towards the final three months of the program, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Order Fulfillment team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end order management processes.

- Shift handover meeting, morning shift and evening shift
- Manage and optimize staffing in team to ensure all production target achieved and exceeded (beginning of every shift)

- Coordinate with Supervisors/related departments to resolve all incidents and develop the improvement plan
- Report to Supervisor hourly about all activities related to production
- Follow up the daily target and the completion possibility of each staff; ensure all staff to achieve OIP points daily.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible  for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
• Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
• Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
• Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
• Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
• Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
• CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up

The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. Reporting to the Workforce Support Leader, this individual will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations, and co-own employee engagement and satisfaction for the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees for employee relations related inquiries, complaints and customer service(e.g. case management, policy or protocol navigation).

• Support managers on HR related activities such as promotions, investigations, absenteeism management, corrective actions, PIPs, terms and restructuring activities.

• Assist HR workforce support leadership regarding policy reviews, policy

improvements, training opportunities etc.

• Work in strong collaboration with other workforce support tiers to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely, friendly and comprehensive way.  

• Support leaders on finding and using resources on core processes such as GPS, Performance Management, Development etc.  

• Master our digital toolset, in particular ad.a/Servicenow. Support and resolve regional employee relations issues using servicenow. Continually look for ways to use technology to aid HR and EE experience.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

The ASEAN Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with System Integrators, End Users & Customers and the broader RFID ecosystem across ASEAN.

1. Handle order processing:
- Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines. Minimize the wrong orders during entering into the system.
- Recognize repeat error and solving routine issues, problems, refer more complex issues to higher level.
- Transfer full documents set to CS in lead time limit. Inform to CS when order information are not clear/discrepancy.
2. Coordinate with other departments:
- Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
- Collaborate within team & another team to clearing order pending daily.
- Support CS in paper work or similar taks, especially to print out orders in Saturday.
3. Checking and auditing:
