• 優秀的分析和解決問題的能力
• 較強的溝通與協作能力
• 相關認證（例如CCNA、CCNP）優先
• 能夠提供獨立審查，包括驗證複雜/高風險變更和解決方案。
• 電腦科學、資訊科技、網路安全、網路工程和/或相關領域的學士學位。
• 至少 8 年類似職位的相關工作經驗。
• 精通英語、馬來語和華語。
