The Customer Liaison Representative is seen as the face of the Link Facility. This role is also designed for, being the Link Users point of contact, review Bookings via the Kiosk booking system/platform, general knowledge of the services available, reviewing and providing feedback to Team Leader, and provide support to the Supervisors.



The Customer Services Liaison plays a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality service to our customer, meeting with customers as required, gaining feedback and engaging in proactive dialogue. The Customer Services Liaison will also be responsible for facilitating building visitors, area seating planning, proactively identify defects, report and coordinate corrective actions and maintain high standards within the building. The individual will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to understand and ensure customer needs are being met.  



Working Hours: 42 Hours per week between the following hours:

Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:30, Friday 07:00 - 13:00

Shift patterns are subject to availability and will be decided upon business needs.

Accountabilities, Key activities Include but are not limited to:

What we are looking for / Qualifications and Experience:

Who are we looking for:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a community rehabilitation band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and enthusiastic community therapy service, working across community delivering rehabilitation in patients own homes or current place of residence, following discharge from an acute bed, or supporting long term condition management.

You will be working with patients with a large variety of conditions and disabilities. You will be responsible for assessment, intervention, and discharge of a caseload of patients, act as the direct supervisor to staff and provide support and expertise to the other members of the team.

The service operates across 6 days.

The post holder is an autonomous practitioner, responsible for provision of specialised assessment and treatment of patients referred to the service. Responsible for managing a caseload of patients with a variety of complex conditions including long term condition management and acute hospital discharges. You will see patients in various settings, working as part of an MDT and liaising with external stakeholders. You will carry out specialist assessment and treatment including the prescription of essential equipment as part of the therapeutic intervention.

You will play an important link with PCN and MDT teams in attending meetings as part of neighbourhood team working.

Car driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

6 day working is in effect - Monday- Saturday and bank holidays on a rota basis.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This role involves working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support the child's academic, social, and emotional development, helping them to succeed in a mainstream classroom environment.
- Personalised Support: Deliver tailored support that meets the pupil's individual educational and emotional needs.
- Classroom Assistance: Help the pupil engage with daily routines and stay focused during lessons.
- Adapt Learning Activities: Modify tasks to promote inclusion and ensure comprehension.
- Implement Strategies: Use interventions such as PECS, visual timetables, and sensory tools to support the pupil's learning and behaviour.
- Encourage Independence: Foster the pupil's confidence and autonomy in both learning and social interactions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to develop and follow an Individual Education Plan (IEP).
- Progress Monitoring: Provide regular updates on the pupil's development to parents, teachers, and SENCO.
- Positive Environment: Create a safe, nurturing atmosphere where the pupil feels supported and valued.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience supporting children with ASD or other special educational needs is essential.
- Specialist Knowledge: Familiarity with autism-specific tools and strategies (e.g. , PECS, visual aids, sensory processing techniques) is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Personal Qualities: Patience, empathy, and flexibility to adapt to the pupil's changing needs.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.

SEN 1-1 Teaching Assistant - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a 1-1 basis with challenging behaviour. You will be supporting pupils at a lovely primary school near Blackburn.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. For this role, you will need previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, in particular challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised support to a pupil who is displaying challenging behaviour to promote a positive learning experience.
- Employing effective behaviour management strategies to help children navigate emotions.
- Keeping accurate records of students behaviour, communicating regularly with the classroom teacher and SENCO.
