We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for an apprentice Brewer to join the team in our purpose-built brew house at Head Office. Our beer has always been at the heart of our business and we’re looking for someone at the start of their brewing career who wants to continue our long heritage.

We are offering study support to complete a Level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship with clear progression to a career. This is a full-time position.

Who are we looking for:

You will enjoy being in a hands-on role with a passion for all things’ food and drink development and interest in beer and brewing would be advantageous. Each shift is varied, and you never know what the day can bring.

You’ll be a team player, working regularly with our small team of Brewers, lifting and moving raw materials, carrying out the brewing process and packing and storing the finished product. Who are we looking for?

You will have worked previously in a similar role, will ideally have worked in a high quality Four-Star or Five-Star hotel and have demonstratable experience in a fine dining environment. You will proactively be able to work calmly and well in a pressurised environment and have high levels of self-motivation.

You will have exemplary customer service skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will have a strong work ethic, good timekeeping and the ability to multi-task whilst working in a pressurised environment.
