At Jellyfish Pictures Ltd, we are seeking a passionate and talented VFX Supervisor to join our team. As the VFX Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall visual output of our shows meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead and inspire a team of artists to deliver exceptional results within the given production schedule and budget. You will collaborate closely with the CG Supervisor(s) to establish the technical and workflow aspects of each project, leveraging your expertise and experience in similar roles.
As the creative leader, you will facilitate effective communication between teams internally and externally with the client. You will liaise with the client to provide feedback and guidance to ensure their creative vision is met, while effectively managing requests, bids, and schedules.
In addition to your artistic and technical expertise, you will actively contribute to the growth and development of our team by supporting the recruitment of new senior team members.

- Previous experience as a VFX Supervisor or in a senior supervisor role within the feature film or high-end episodic industry.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and compositing principles and techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and sell creative solutions.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, proposing innovative solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the feature animation pipeline, complexity management, and bidding processes.
- Collaborative mindset, with a history of working closely with R&D teams to drive innovation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Nuke, Houdini, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on set if required.
