We are looking for talented and motivated Mid-Level Texturing & Look Development Artists to join our VFX pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in texturing and look development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create high-quality textures that align with the creative and technical requirements of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Texture Creation: Create highly detailed and realistic textures for a variety of assets, including characters, environments, and props.
• Look Dev: Creating in Look dev stage using Houdini Solaris. Ensuring the Shading networks are optimized for rendering and integration into the pipeline.
• Collaboration: Work with the Look Development Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, and other team members to ensure that textures and look development meet the creative vision and technical standards of the project.
• Shader Development: Develop shaders and materials, ensuring they are optimized for rendering and integration into the pipeline.
• Problem Solving: Address technical challenges related to texturing and look development, providing solutions that adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality of textures/shaders produced, maintaining a high standard of work throughout the production process.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in texturing and look development for VFX, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality textures and look development work.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Substance Painter, Mari, Photoshop, and Maya.
• Artistic Skills: Strong artistic skills with a solid understanding of color, light, and surface detail in texturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of VFX pipelines and workflows, including experience with shader development and rendering.
• Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Reporting to our VP Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will work with our appointed digital partner and take accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

• Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on multiple paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, in addition to performing or assisting in validation/audits on campaigns of the same team.
• Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Help develop Paid Media strategies, including Programmatic and Paid Social, which address the goals of the client and will help us achieve their goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that audits and research are used to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies.
• Work with internal and Client Service teams to help with the smooth implementation of work.
• Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the paid media team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns. Produce reports and studies that explain the rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social landscape to ensure delivery of the best campaigns.
• Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and, above all, strategic insights.
• Manage the daily relationships with wider account teams, advertising partners, and colleagues.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid media campaign execution. Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid media. Share best practice and knowledge with wider teams through lunch and learns, or other learning opportunities.

Reporting to VP, Investment Analytics you will create an impact within our Investment Analytics team, within the Paid Media Capability. Practice encompassing Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Visualisation specialists.

All with the common goal of using data expertise to inspire clients, partners and Jellyfish to jointly build the best marketing fuelled by data-rich insights.

The typical daily will involve accomplishing some BI projects or tasks and supporting inquiries for data points to report on campaign performance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• you will work with the internal IA and Channel teams to support goals and delivery of dashboard solutions;
• Conduct testing and validation, to ensure dashboards match the underlying data sources and their design to meet client requirements

Your primary responsibilities will include:

We are seeking Lighting and Compositing (Junior, Mid and Senior) artists to join our team of talented artists, working across our feature and episodic productions in our Animation division. These are short term contracts.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Lead Lighting Artist.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, light, rig and comp character and environment assets
• Understand colour, contrast and lighting design
• Fulfil the creative expectations set by both the client and project director
• Liaise with team members to resolve issues
