• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard modelling software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Blender. Experience with other relevant tools like Houdini is a plus.
• Artistic Skills: Strong artistic skills with a solid understanding of form, structure, and detail in modelling.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of VFX pipelines and workflows, including experience with UV mapping, texture baking, and shader development.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highly realistic models that meet the creative and technical requirements of the project.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining a high standard of work.
