GGRC is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role evaluates and monitors residential, day and specialized services within Agency’s three counties to ensure the quality of services provided to people supported to and in compliance with Title XVII, California Code of Regulations, Agency standards and best practices for programs.

THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control’s presence and purpose
• Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
• Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
• Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
• Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
• Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
• Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
• Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service-related work experience is preferred
• Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
• Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.

Role and Responsibilities

Summary

       The Airborne Command and Control Subject Matter Expert will be the resident expert to airborne Command and Control (C2) associated with exercises hosted or supported by the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) at Kirtland AFB, NM.  The SME will support C2 mission planning, meetings, event and test development, testing and scenario development and execution.  Additionally, will assist with the administration of internal systems and ensure they are functional prior to event testing and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Brings credible expertise to C2 mission areas for white force integration, operation of high-side environment generators, and operations of live, virtual, constructive (LVC) systems identified in the government directions document.  Additionally, will support and participate in scenario review to ensure desired exercise learning objectives are achievable.  It is desirable for the SME to be conversant with Air Operations Center activities.
• Plays the key role in exercise development and scenario generation for weapon systems, integrating C2 into all operations
• Coordinates with mission SMEs for force generation deconfliction and scenario packaging requirements
• Supports and assists with the management and development of exercise documents ranging from: Air Tasking Orders, Air Coordination Orders, coordination cards, communication cards, Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), SPINS, aircraft SCLS, etc.
• Responsible for supporting the development and integration of new Missions and Systems capabilities by defining technical requirements, writing requirement documents, reviewing design specifications, writing acceptance test plans, and executing acceptance tests
• Responsible for determining C2 scenario training requirements and designing vignettes to support C2 training objectives
• Serves as the DMOC’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tac - C2

-- Preferred platforms:  CG, DDG, FFG, E-2, E-3, and CRC SME

• Serves as lead for TAC-C2 event integration; managing scenario development across multiple mission threads
• Provides liaison functions between command-and-control Teams and the 705 CTS Exercise Directors for appropriate hosting within the battlespace and throughout exercise development and execution process
• Facilitates coordination between government, engineering and operational personnel, ensuring proper requirements are communicated, designed and implemented within contract specifications
