- You will serve as expert for all aspects of support equipment aircraft launch and recovery equipment, and engineering technologies and associated mechanical, electrical, computer and systems/subsystems disciplines.
- You will provide technical leadership for the development, system introduction, and sustainment of Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems.
- You will oversee execution of technical projects to ensure compliance with customer and fleet requirements, engineering standards, critical safety/quality requirements/policies, cost and schedule.
- You will serve as a senior technical expert performing all aspects of science, research and engineering including leading a full spectrum of research, development, and sustainment efforts.
- You will directly supervise staff and division heads while mentoring and developing junior engineers through hands on research.
- You will be responsible for the identification, planning, resourcing and execution to support equipment and legacy aircraft launch and recovery equipment programs.
