What skills and experience we're looking for
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to proactively supervise and support students within the classroom, providing stability and continuity for pupils whose lessons are affected by staff absence. Experience of working with young people is a must, with suitable candidates being able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and enthuse others, and be firm but fair in a classroom situation.
