Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) to join a welcoming and collaborative private hospital based in South-East London. This is a full-time role offering a salary of £50,000 and excellent benefits package. Working hours are 37.5 hours across 5 days, Monday – Friday with very occasional Saturday working. Condensed hours across 3 or 4 days may be considered for the right individual.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this hospital as they’ve recently expanded the hospital, invested in their Theatre department, and refurbished several key patient areas. Its facilities include 3 theatres, 1 endoscopy theatre, 40 beds, a state-of-the-art imaging department, on-site pharmacy, and cardiac diagnostic facility. They offer a variety of surgical services for both adult and paediatric patients including Orthopaedics, ENT, Plastics, Gynaecology and General Surgery.

In this Lead Operating Department Practitioner role, you can expect to:

- Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to Theatre team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork.
- Working closely with the Theatre Manager you will support the growth of the surgical services within the hospital.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of operating theatres & suites, ensuring all necessary and emergency equipment is available and in working order.

To apply for this Theatre Scrub Team Leader role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner. We also welcome applications from experienced Senior Theatre Practitioners looking to step up into a management role. Experience working within experience in ENT, Orthopaedic, General surgery and Neuro surgery is desirable but talented individuals working in other specialities will be considered.

Stroud Resourcing is seeking a full-time Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub (RGN/ODP) to join a passionate and welcoming team in South West London. This Senior Theatre Practitioner role comes with a salary of up to £44,000 and a wide range of excellent benefits.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours (4 or 5 days per week) across Monday - Sunday. Part-time hours will be considered for the right individual (minimum of 30 hours over 3 days). The hospital listens to their theatre teams and meets these desires in abundance! Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Sister/Charge Nurse specialising in Oncology Clinical Trials to work with a leading private provider on their day unit in London. The salary for this role is £46,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package for your dedication to quality care.

You will be working with a leading clinical trials provider focussing on new anti-cancer drugs with fast study setups that offer patients rapid access to new investigational drug therapies. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, either 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:00-16:00, with no weekends or night shifts.

As the Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting, leading and managing the nursing team to assess, plan and deliver high standards of care for cancer patients participating in clinical trials. This will include providing emotional and physical support to patients and their families.

To apply, you must be an NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience in oncology. You must also have completed your chemotherapy qualification. Experience within clinical trials is advantageous but not essential. Please note we can offer tier 2 sponsorship for candidates with UK healthcare experience.
