Currently located in Dublin (2 hotels), London, Edinburgh (opening Dec 2024), this is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, creative person who has their finger on the pulse of all that is happening in the art, music and the nightlife scene and lives and breathes social media. The role is to grow and develop the NYX Hotel brand in the UK and Ireland using social media, partnerships and influencers primarily to drive awareness and launch new locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management of a growing hotel brand (4 hotels in Dublin, London, Edinburgh) and associated food and beverage outlets
- Development, delivery & evaluation of annual plan for each hotel to include tactical, promotional campaigns, social media strategy, ezine and comms strategy, photography and video etc
- Successful launch of new hotels including development, delivery & evaluation of launch plan to include brand PR and communications, design & print of all brand collateral, promotional activity
- Defining the customer experience from all points of the customer journey – NYX hotels are not just a stay, they are an experience
- Curating service touchpoints to reflect the brand ethos
- Establishing partnerships that compliment and elevate the NYX brand
- Making sure that NYX hotels become part of their cities and community, focusing on the local Art and Music scene
- Work with the social media executives to ensure that the NYX social channels feature cutting age creativity and establish a connection with their communities
- Oversee the PR programme and associated PR agencies for all NYX hotels including Influencer collaborations
- Responsible for working with cross functional team to identity new opportunities/address issues, developing proposals & executing agreed plan
- Support hotels with any marketing support requests
- Lead key projects as requested
- Manage a team of 3 marketing & social media executives
- Manage marketing budget
Key skills required:
Graduate from marketing discipline
Min 2-5 years experience in management role
Proven Track Record In:
- Management of & exposure to all aspects of brand marketing
- People Management experience
- Experience in the management of all elements of the marketing mix (delivery, execution & evaluation of same) & working with designers, printers, creative and PR agencies
- Experience of leading cross functional teams & with 3rd party agencies to deliver effective results
- Good commercial understanding, with proven track record of applying this understanding in practice
- Preparing and executing promotional and launch plans in market
- Brand Management and launch of new brands in the marketplace
- Management of day-to-day business processes eg budget management, purchase orders
