Clinical responsibilities: To work in CT scanning, generals, theatres and mobiles based at DVH site as a member of the team To assess the clinical justification of Radiography referrals in line with both national regulations (IRMER 2017) and local protocols. Working under the direct supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse who delegates tasks to the post holder. The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will deliver high quality nursing care to patients, as part of a team. The post holder is responsible for their own practice, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role. The registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA.
