Each and every staff member plays a key part in delivering the success of our learners’ experience, and we want those who join our curriculum and support teams to share our passion in achieving this.We have an exciting opportunity at our Hadlow campus for an experienced administrator within our dynamic Estates Department.The Estates Officer will be accountable for administrative requirements of the Estates functions across our West campuses (Hadlow & Tonbridge) including maintaining records, checking contractor compliance, scheduling repair works, obtaining quotes and arranging emergency call outs.A key role will also be to monitor the Estate Helpdesk System and ensuring job requests are allocated to the relevant staff on each campus and are progressed through to completion. You will also be responsible for liaising with staff to ensure college vehicles are allocated correctly, serviced and fully maintained.In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support, and coordination skills to oversee contract delivery across the department (West).The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, experienced in processing data quickly and accurately and have a methodical, organised approach to your work.
