Your responsibilities as a Site Manager (Multi-Utility):

Manage the Multi-Utility (Gas/Water) teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of scheduled works and site supervision of operatives and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with safety.
Conduct monthly audits on operational teams to ensure high standards of work and equipment maintenance – conducting remedial action where required and closing out any corrective action in a timely manner.
They will ensure that the upcoming programme of work is adequately resourced, sites are pre-vetted, and materials are ordered and managed in line with requirements.
Check content of work instructions to ensure works are viable and ensure correct materials will be available.
Be the initial point of contact to craft teams for technical, material, and administrative matters.
Support the scheduling team by reviewing the programme in advance and providing feedback to ensure teams are deployed in the most effective way


Experience / Knowledge:

Previous experience of water/gas distribution networks.
Experienced in managing multiple projects/teams across different locations.

What you'll be doing

• To build, grow and maintain actual and effective working associations with suppliers, clients, and internal resources to oversee both Client Contracts, Supplier Contracts and Internal Project related activity.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a site in Peterborough, consisting of traditional new build houses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for progression to Site Manager within 18 months due to a new site commencing.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage subcontractors and tradespeople
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure materials are delivered on time

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management
• Full UK Driving License

Knowledge and Skills:

• Valid Driving Licence
• Experience in snagging and quality control
• Strong customer care skills
• Knowledge of NHBC (National House Building Council) standards
• Leadership and management skills

Working Conditions:

The role will involve working on a construction site, requiring outdoor work and regular interaction with subcontractors and other site personnel.

My client is seeking a dedicated Estates and Property Manager to join our team, working closely with the Head of Estates and Estate Manager. This role involves the daily management of operations and facilities at our strategic development sites, primarily focusing on residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to develop and support estate management standards and strategies.
• Manage property assets and infrastructure, including leases, renewals, disposals, and fit-out works.
• Assist in stakeholder management, including third-party landowners and Joint Venture partners.
• Monitor property-related compliance issues and manage early on-site community facilities.
• Oversee security, landscape, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain databases and records for all properties.
• Manage financial budgets for estate services and building charges.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Liaise with insurers and ensure adequate insurance coverage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Promote energy efficiency and environmental sustainability across the estate.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous exposure to property management and agency is desirable.
• Post A-level/BTEC qualification required; degree education preferable.
• Full driving license.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and time management.

Location: Peterborough

Salary: Up to £35k, dependent on experience + commission

Contract Type: Maternity Cover – 12 months

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for managing a selection of accounts, building relationships with the key stakeholders within those accounts, and helping to fill their vacancies.

You will have a caseload of vacancies across various industry sectors, ranging from healthcare, to events, to administration, and will deliver advertising and outreach for those vacancies. You will manage the client relationship, providing regular updates via email and video calls, but also candidate management, ensuring that candidates receive a great journey through their application process.

This role doesn’t require any new business calls or outreach, but you will be responsible for growing your accounts, providing recommendations for additional services, and always ensuring that you know what is in the pipeline so you can provide accurate forecasts to the business.

What do you need?

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in an agency or external recruitment function where client service is paramount
• Ability to build long term relationships with clients both over the phone, and on video calls
• Excellent organisation skills – this role can be busy where you are juggling a lot of vacancies
• Previous experience of working with a CRM system
• Ability to work from the office, based just outside of Peterborough
