• Editing and proofreading to ensure specialist profiles and transcripts of technical conversations is accurate, grammatically sound and aligns with internal guidelines

• Turning around high-quality content to strict daily deadlines

Forum Overview

Primary research partner, a leading-edge provider of independent, unfiltered market expertise and critical intelligence to the global investment community. Forum’s coverage model ranks, filters, and prioritises private and public companies reflecting recent developments or long-term holdings.We conduct in-depth interviews with relevant industry experts to acquire the knowledge and perspective that our clients care about, this content can be accessed by our clients via our Portal & our third parties.

Position Overview 

• Publishing of our Forum transcripts daily to third-party platforms to make them available for end client users accessing content via those platforms.
• Publish curated/eligible content that adheres to compliance restrictions via the Bloomberg Research Publisher daily.
• Third-party client user entitlements management via Emails & Slack Channels
• Perform regular Audits on Clients & Client Users’ Entitlements accessing content via third-party platforms.
• Upload & Process Usage/Readership data on the internal tracking tool from third-party platforms weekly on Mondays ensuring the client usage tracking.
• Update Client Users Entitlement trackers weekly on Mondays to help us track the active clients & their users.
• Point of contact for Sales and Account Management on third-party platform queries

The Private Markets team at Third Bridge supports European and North American Private Equity funds with their primary research needs by leveraging a portfolio of services & content available. You will join our content team based in Mumbai, whose aim is to build the world's most extensive content library for PE/VC-backed companies across the US and Europe. Our content will allow investors in private markets to identify, track and research investment opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making sure we deliver our commitment to producing high-quality content to our private equity investment clients globally. As well as coaching and supporting your team of Quality Assurance Associates daily and holding them to exceptional quality standards, you will be responsible for collaborating with the compliance team, identifying process improvement opportunities and enhancing the content production team’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Review and score Primer interviews and Tearsheets covering a variety of sectors, ensuring they consistently adhere to Third Bridge’s Style Guide. This will include minor editing and suggesting relevant changes, balancing tone, concision, and ensuring an appropriate level of context/detail has been provided.
• Maintain a consistent, thorough and fair scoring system that aligns with client quality standards
• Work closely with Third Bridge’s content compliance team to identify and escalate potential risks before they develop, and ensure the content production team has the appropriate training to understand and adhere to key compliance principles.
• Use external research platforms and news sources to verify content accuracy or identify discrepancies and coordinate with the content production team if further specialist clarification is needed.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to escalate content for compliance review and act as a first line of defence in identifying potential compliance issues and/or breaches.

Team Management

• Hire, onboard, train and develop a team of high-performing Quality Assurance Associates 
• Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Drive high performance with your team, both in terms of volume of content reviewed daily and the quality of the grading itself, through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback and performance management tools.
• Align your team’s capacity to content production volumes and be reactive to business needs, building flexible resources that can be deployed at different stages of the content production and quality assurance process. 
• Hold your team accountable to SLAs to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Create and maintain a culture of recognition and reward for strong performance & completion of short and long-term goals, in line with the company mission and values
• Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas and best practice

Process Improvement

• Provide on-the-spot feedback to the Content Production Team, as well as identifying trends and areas of improvement both individually and team-wide.
• Work closely with the Content Production Managers to identify trends within the team and provide recommendations for areas for improvement.
• Deliver training to content production team members based on the quality of output and observations
• Maintain and update the Quality Assurance Style Guide, Playbook and all supporting/training documents
• Work closely with internal stakeholders globally, including the Content Production, Compliance, and Operations teams, to ensure all content is of the highest standard

Reporting to the Sector Lead, you will be responsible for making sure we deliver our commitment to producing high-quality content to our private equity investment clients globally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and conduct 1-1 interviews with industry specialists to draw sector/industry and company knowledge
• Develop our content products (Primers, Tearsheets and Map) on a company from your interviews  
• Form sector/industry knowledge specialization by Geography and apply knowledge to reviewing the quality of Primer / TearSheets in your sector/industry
• Lead and participate in customer feedback sessions
• Support the Sales and Account Management team through product demonstrations
• Evolve the product through collaboration with Forum, Connections, and Maps teams

The Analyst position is a key enabler in the creation of the Third Bridge Maps product, covering North American and European business entities. 

Reporting to Manager - Discovery, you will interact daily with our specialist community. As specialists are a shared resource, you will also frequently interact with Forum and Connections internal stakeholders who will benefit from the output generated. Finally, as we are working in an agile way, you will be closely involved in business, product, data and development initiatives and will work closely with our internal product, tech and data consolidation teams. 

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to engage with our specialist community and use our data capture tools to create maps of our specialists’ expertise. In doing so, you will assist in improving our operational processes and providing continuous feedback on our data capture and visualisation tools. You will also contribute to defining the rollout and automation strategy of our approach.

At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business and we are looking to hire a Compliance Associate dedicated to Third Bridge’s Content department to join our Compliance team in Mumbai.

Third Bridge Content involves an array of interview formats with industry experts and transcripts of those interactions are made available to our clients through our portal. You will be joining an exciting new team with an ambitious mandate, working within a start-up environment within an established business and brand. This is a fast-paced role with a focus on problem solving, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and results to ensure that content is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as with our internal policies. 

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Review the subject matter of interviews and specialists
• Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.
• Review and approve interview transcripts, specifically to identify confidential information and other inappropriate content
• Work with researchers and analysts to finalize content for publication

Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to:

• Demonstrating Third Bridge’s value proposition across the entire suite of primary research services
• Prospecting potential clients who fit on-boarding criteria, develop relationships to better understand their broader research needs and explore cross-selling opportunities
• Executing end to end sales cycle from lead generation, managing trials to the closing of new business deals
• Nurture and track accounts, identify additional opportunities to up-selling and cross-selling during the new account stage

The main purpose of this role is to provide an internal audit of the compliance framework across all our international offices.
