As a HR Degree Apprentice you will join our head office based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch. You will have the opportunity to rotate around different roles and departments helping you gain the experience, skills and training to kick-start your career in a business role.

This is a Monday – Friday role 40 hours per week.

We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated. This role would potentially suit someone who has a desire in data and is good on Microsoft Excel. We are also keen on bringing someone into the role who has a genuine interest and desire to work within the logistics industry.

In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.

YOUR ROLE



As a Customs Degree Apprentice, you will be emersed into a world class Customs Gateway Department, supporting our Customs Brokerage in Coventry.



This is an opportunity to gain a rounded understanding of the day to day running of the customs operation, whilst rotating around roles and departments to broaden your knowledge and experience, preparing you for your future career.



Due to the nature of the role and how we run our operation, at some point you may be required to work earlies, lates and sometimes nights.

Our multi-user site based in Northampton, who provide third party logistic services to over 6 core customers have the opportunity for a Degree Apprentice to join their warehousing operation.



Working collaboratively with the team, you will rotate around the different operational departments and customers to gain a better understanding of your future in Logistics. You will broaden your knowledge and experience of warehousing activities with the support of an onsite mentor and supportive team.

Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain a wealth of knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to all areas of a warehousing operations including, inbound, outbound, transport, finance, understanding how a multi-user site operates financially. As this is a warehousing operation flexibility is needed but your core working hours are Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
