The Opportunity:
The LPN/RPN and RPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN/RPN/RPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills
• Completion of Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse program from an accredited educational institution
• Registration and membership in good standing with BCCNM
• 3+ years of experience with seniors health
• Current CPR training
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Regular demonstration of AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality and Teamwork

Wage Levelling Salary: $31.89 - $54.28 per hour
Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
