DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creation for the company’s social media platforms:-
a. To be responsible for developing, creating, and managing content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive traffic to the company's digital channels
b. To create visual content that tells a compelling story, enhances the written content, and engages the audience.
2. Social Media Management
a. To manage all of the company's social media platforms, ensuring they are consistently organized and actively updated with content.
3. Content Planning
a. To review existing content to identify what has been effective and what needs improvement.
b. To identify content gaps and opportunities based on audience needs and industry trends.
c. To develop a content mix that balances different types of content to keep the audience engaged.
4. Customer Inquiry Management
a. To address all customer inquiries across various platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently.

Working hours : Monday - Friday , 8am - 5pm
