About the role
We are now recruiting for a Duty Manager to join the team on a full time (35 hours), 8 month fixed term contract.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in upholding our standards and ensuring a fantastic experience for our visitors. Working closely with colleagues across all operational departments, you will ensure a smooth and efficient operations including the enjoyment, security, experience, well-being and Health and Safety of the Museum visitors, colleagues and contractors.

You will act as a floor-based manager delivering routine museum operations, as well as overseeing and coordinating responses to operational problems that arise during public opening hours.
