What is the Role?
The Business Readiness Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our Keystone Programme. This transformation programme is recognised as critical for the SSE Airtricity (SSEA) business in terms of modernising our core systems platform, delivering transformational benefits, and creating a sustainable business empowered by digital capability for future operations. In this role you will:
- Design and deliver business change disciplines, including business readiness, education and training, communication and engagement, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Manage the successful delivery of Training, UAT, Communication, and Engagement functions within the Keystone Programme
- Lead the development and implementation of business change principles, methodologies, and templates, establishing a comprehensive Business Change Framework
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans ensuring alignment with programme objectives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering engagement and collaboration throughout the Keystone Programme
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Effective leadership skills, with a background in managing and inspiring multi-functional teams, setting clear goals, and fostering an open communication culture
- A proven track record in programme management, particularly in driving change and business readiness activities (ideally with a change qualification, agile and waterfall experience and accreditation)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders and ensuring effective dissemination of key messages.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, UAT processes, and quality assurance practices
- An agile mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs
