Assistant Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's sales team and activities. This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved
· Review self and team performance
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall promotional activities.
Team Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team, providing guidance and support.

Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.

Revenue Management:
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.
· Work closely with revenue management teams to maximize room revenue and profitability.

Sales Collateral and Communication:
· Oversee the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Qualifications:
