Marketing & Social Media Manager - 1 year contract
DESCRIPTION
The client is seeking a results-driven Marketer to join their team in SEA and MENA. This exciting opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketing professional who will support all social and content marketing initiatives for The client across a diverse region. You will be highly organized, comfortable working with complex challenges, understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches, and be a proactive communicator.
The Marketing Operations Manager is an important position within the SEA & MENA Social & Marketing team. This role will:
- Assist in planning and execution of Social & ATL campaigns in SEA & MENA to drive Video subscriptions and engagement across the region.
- Lead the contracts and payments between brand, social, and media agencies and the company, ensuring purchase orders are opened in a timely manner for external partner billing.
- Oversee operations management of internal global social media tools to help SEA & MENA social agencies be on boarded in the platforms.
- Support the asset request process for the company's Originals and 3P content across multiple brand social agencies in charge of content creation.
- Understand content creation needs, if any, and facilitate the concept + asset approvals process across teams.
- Coordinate with ATL marketing agencies on campaign implementation
- Analyze campaign results for effectiveness and achievement of objectives
- Provide ad-hoc organizational needs for the marketing teams.
Key job responsibilities:
The Marketing & Social Operations Manager will need to be a good collaborator and communicator with attention to detail. They will:
· Work closely with all brand, social and marketing team members to deliver the best implementation for our customers
· Have a background in social media, marketing or entertainment.
· Be passionate about content and driving customer engagement
· Be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various functions and with external agencies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in campaign management
· Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
· Experience with social media content management
· 5+ years of marketing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
· Experience using data visualization tools
· Experience working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint or equivalent tools
· Experience with social media publishing and listening tools
