What you will be doing 

We are seeking Senior QA Manager to join our Testing Services team supporting Clients globally. This role focuses on designing and executing test strategy and automation plans (including both functional and non-functional test automation) end-to-end for Clients, thereby enabling and expediting application upgrades. You will be responsible for the Delivery of the Projects. You will be the first point of contact for the Portfolio Manager and have holistic responsibility for Project Delivery and route everything through their Portfolio Managers. What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

• 15+ years of professional working experience in Software Quality Assurance with thorough understanding of SDLC.
• Leadership experience of atleast 6+ years spanning across manual and automation testing teams.
• Good Project, People and Client Relationship Management skills.

Skills

• Ability to estimate, design, execute and report on end-to-end test automation plans (including both functional and non-functional test automation) for Clients.
• Monitor and manage project progress and status reporting to Clients and Internal Stakeholders.
• Good People Manager. Proactively manage resourcing for entire area and execute sustainable hiring strategy. Conduct mid-year and year-end appraisal processes.
• Manage customer expectations and relationships.
