Job Title: Assistant Manager (Maintenance & Facilities) (ID3390)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: 5days work , Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm

Job Description:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of routine/shutdown, preventive maintenance of the plant’s process instrumentation, control value, electrical power/distribution system equipment etc to achieve reliability target. Responsible for Energy saving initiatives
• Responsible for facilities management and supervising maintenance & facility team
• Supervise and ensure E & I works, installation and calibration activities are completed in accordance to the company’s guidelines and environmental, health and safety standards
• Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for efficiency analysis and maintenance
• Maintain GMP & GDP for specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts, ISO and customer audits
• Provide leadership and guidance to overall management off the manufacturing site’s environment, health and safety compliance that are critical to well-being and protection of employees and contractors
• Responsible for the planning of maintenance & facilities budget
• Manage Site, Regional & Global Projects/Initiatives as assigned
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Technician (ID7087)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am-510pm
Salary: up to $2500


Job Description
• Conduct new equipment pre delivery inspection and rectification work if required.
• Perform outdoor servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issue related to engine, hydraulic, drivetrain, electrical system of the equipment.
• Prepare/repair equipment for rental/sale.
• Proper housekeeping and maintenance of workshop premises tools and equipment.
• Perform any other ad hoc task when required.

Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC education or O Level.
• Technical write up in Standard English is required.
• Experience in heavy equipment repair is preferable.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Possess work experience in construction machinery, diesel engine or truck experience.

Job Title: Production Technician (ID4507)
Location: Pandan Loop
Working Hours:
1st Shift: 7am – 3:30pm,
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm
Salary: $2200-$2500


The Position:
• Compound fragrances, cosmetic ingredients and mint products with minimal supervision and wastage
• Assist all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities
• Replenish raw materials, collect samples for Quality Control testing and to pack finished goods
• Perform other related tasks such as cleaning of mixed vessels and CIP (Cleaning-in-process) for fixed tanks
• Support training compounders on systems, automation and on best practices in process and production
• Assist in investigation such as troubleshooting and provide report on production and process-related issues
• Comply safety procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Philosophy of LEAN and TPM and as well as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000

The Ideal Candidate:

• ITE Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry are highly welcomed too

Working Hours:

Job Description:
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and general workers
• Ensure the readiness of a variety of equipment such as pumps, tools and heavy vehicles for immediate use and deployment at all times
• Maintain an adequate stock of equipment and spare parts to minimize downtime
• Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition
