Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design process, developing comprehensive network and security architectures, create detailed bill of materials (BOM)s ensuring accuracy, competitive and completeness alignment with specifications, budgets that incorporate industry best practices, standards, and security principles.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer, principals and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with partners and customer to understand user requirements, assess existing network and security environments, and design customized network and security solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Utilize your expertise in networking and security technologies, including but not limited to firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and cloud networking, to architect robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct solution presentations and workshops with customers and partner to explain the proposed network and security designs, address technical questions and concerns, and gain buy-in and approval for proposed solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices related to network and security architecture, design, and implementation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in networking and security, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with principals and partners to evaluate new products, technologies, and solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for integration into our network and security offerings.
- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the company.
- Respond anytime or get backup from internal to urgent, ad-hoc or before dateline tender/RFQ/RFP submission request by customer/partner with best possible solution quotation, Scope of compliance and design drawing.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or with more than 2 years of experience in solution presentation, technical presales in networking and security industry.
- Strong technical background and understanding of networking concepts, protocols, architectures, security principles, and technologies, with the ability to design and architect complex network and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
- Self-initiative, humble, continuous learning attitude and strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and identifying opportunities.
- Passion for driving innovation and business growth, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative in driving the success of the company.
